Insurance or direct — your choice
If you’re going through your insurer, contact them first and report the incident. Once that’s done we can work with them directly, provide the estimate and carry out the repair. If the damage is smaller, paying directly is often cheaper than your excess and leaves your no-claims bonus untouched — we’ll tell you honestly which makes more sense.
What to do after an accident

- Photograph the damage and the scene while you’re there.
- Report it to your insurer, even if you may not claim.
